The most ideal time to do newborn photos is within the first two weeks, when they're typically extra sleepy and cooperative. However, this is just a guideline. If you are not feeling up to photos yet, do whatever makes you the most comfortable!

I get it, everything can be unpredictable when adjusting to life with a newborn. I'm here to help! Feeding your babe as close to session time as possible helps to ensure that they're happy (and a little extra sleepy!) for your photos. Also, having a vision of where you want the photos can also help make things efficient.

For a full hour session, I can guarantee at least 50+ images to represent the entirety of the session. Please note that I don't limit the image count for my galleries, so this number can be more!

All sessions have an average turnaround time of 3-5 weeks. This has the potential to be sooner depending on the season! If you are looking to use the photos for any printing or event, please give yourself ample time by inquiring sooner than later with this timeline in mind.
